Monadnock, a creator of powerful and provocative media experiences for museums, is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join our growing team. The office manager will report into the Executive Director and be responsible for the smooth operation of a group of creative media professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and executive assistant support to the Executive Director and a small team of creative professionals.
  • Manage human resources including hiring, benefits administration and tracking of HR metrics.
  • Administer and manage light accounting, finance and bookkeeping tasks including an annual audit.
  • Support client services in the management of client contracts, service agreements, subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Generalist office management and HR Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Action-oriented, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpersonal savvy and skills
  • Directing Others
  • Computer literate, Google Suite, Slack, etc.
  • Social Media Savvy and Posting skills a huge plus!
  • Detail oriented- some basic accounting skills preferred
